Find the quiet moments of strength that help you feel

I support people navigating deep emotions, past pain, or the late discovery of neurodivergence. In a space that feels safe, right here in Vancouver.

safe, grounded, and alive again

Remember, you are the expert on your life.

Glimmer Insight Therapy offers a different kind of trauma therapy in Vancouver—real, relational, and rooted in lived experience.

Our work is body-based and collaborative, grounded in nervous system science and a deep respect for your lived story. We listen deeply—to your nervous system, your experiences, and your pace.

Together, we’ll explore the roots of your pain—not just the individual wounds but also the larger systemic forces that shaped your pain—so you can build safety, peace, and a life that feels like your own.

“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”

— Brené Brown

If you’ve been through it, you want someone who really gets it.

I’m not a blank slate. I’ve sat on the other side of the couch—and while your story is your own, I bring the empathy and insight that lived experience can offer.

I show up. I stay with you. I bring real tools, not just kind words.

Lived experience

My relationship with therapy runs deep—it’s shaped how I show up today.

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with direct experience supporting survivors of abuse, violence, and spiritual harm.

Ongoing learning

Trained in parts work (helping you understand and care for all parts of you) and OEI (a body-based approach for processing overwhelming experiences).

I continue to learn through mentorship with leading experts in trauma therapy—so I can keep showing up with depth and clarity.

Therapy should be accessible

I set aside a few sliding scale spots for folks who might not otherwise be able to access therapy. If cost is a barrier, reach out—we’ll talk it through.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

The best way to find out is to meet each other. I offer a free 15-minute consultation where we can get a sense of each other and see if it feels right for you.

I’ve had hard experiences with therapy before. What’s different here?

You set the pace. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, not prescriptive. I honour your agency, your identity, and your lived experience at every step.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

For now, I offer secure online sessions only. I plan to expand to physical sessions as well in the near future so you can choose what feels most accessible.

What are your rates?

My current rate is $150 + GST per 50-minute individual session. All rates can be found here. Sliding scale spots may be available as well, so please do ask if that's something that is of interest.
