Cancellation Policy and Payment Information:

A 48-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Full payment is required for missed or cancelled appointments within less than 48 hours.

As a registered clinical counselor, my services are typically covered by extended benefit plans. I provide digital receipts for direct submission to your benefit provider.
